Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at pravida.com (the “Site”), operated by Pravida Health, LLC (“Pravida Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the information, tools, services, and content made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not medical advice

The Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Content on the Site — including blog articles, service descriptions, FAQs, downloadable resources, chat responses, and any other information — is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading the Site does not create a physician–patient relationship between you and Pravida Health or Dr. Trevor Turner. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

2. Emergencies

If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use the Site, the contact form, the chat feature, or any electronic message to notify us of a medical emergency. We do not monitor the Site continuously and cannot guarantee timely response through those channels.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and older who are located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

4. The patient relationship

A physician–patient relationship with Pravida Health is established only after (a) you have completed an in-person or telehealth intake evaluation with a Pravida Health physician, (b) that physician has agreed to accept you as a patient, and (c) you have signed the required consent and financial responsibility documents. Booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry, subscribing to the newsletter, or interacting with the chat feature does not, by itself, create a physician–patient relationship. Membership terms, financial responsibilities, and clinical scope are governed by the separate agreements you sign at the time of enrollment or engagement, not by these Terms.

5. Content on the Site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content on the Site accurate and current, but medical knowledge and clinical guidelines evolve rapidly. We do not warrant that all content is complete, current, accurate, or free of error. Content on the Site may reference specific procedures, therapies, tests, and products that are appropriate for some patients and not for others, and that may be available only after individual evaluation. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee of a specific outcome. Individual results vary and depend on many factors specific to each patient.

6. Regenerative medicine and off-label treatments

Some of the treatments we discuss on the Site — including but not limited to platelet-rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), micro-fragmented adipose tissue (MFAT), CartiNova, therapeutic plasma exchange, and various longevity interventions — may be offered as off-label uses of FDA-cleared devices or products, or as procedures for which the strength and quality of published evidence varies. These treatments may not be covered by insurance. The Site’s discussion of these treatments is educational and does not constitute a recommendation that any specific treatment is appropriate for you. Any actual recommendation is made only after an individual clinical evaluation.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and all content it contains — including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, page design, code, and the arrangement of these elements — are owned by Pravida Health or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

8. Trademarks

“Pravida Health,” “CartiNova,” the Pravida Health logo, and other Pravida Health identifiers are trademarks of Pravida Health, LLC. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems; (e) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or the networks it relies on; (f) use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site; or (g) use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.

10. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, resources, and services, including our patient portal, published research articles, and social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and privacy practices.

11. Communications and electronic delivery

By providing your contact information to us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, SMS, and chat, related to your inquiry, appointment, care, and (where you have opted in) marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. Electronic communications may not be secure unless sent through our patient portal; do not include sensitive medical or financial information in unencrypted emails.

12. Chat feature and AI-assisted content

The Site may include a chat feature and content that references or is assisted by artificial intelligence tools. Any information provided through the chat feature or through AI-assisted content is general information only, is not tailored to your specific medical situation, and does not constitute medical advice or a physician–patient relationship. Do not share confidential health information through the chat feature unless expressly directed to do so.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PRAVIDA HEALTH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pravida Health and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will become effective when posted. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and any separate written agreements you sign with Pravida Health (including membership, treatment consent, and financial responsibility agreements), constitute the entire agreement between you and Pravida Health regarding the Site.
